Chapter 1 – Introduction
The websites available at https://theiphonephotography.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website” or “Site”) are owned by “POPIE GROUP” EOOD, UIC 206606149, VAT identification number BG206606149, with registered office and business address: 8 Stefan Stambolov Blvd., Sofia 1000, Bulgaria (hereinafter referred to under its brand name “The iPhone Photography”).
These TERMS OF USE OF THE iPhone PHOTOGRAPHY WEBSITE (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms of Use”) contain detailed information about your rights and obligations when using the Website and purchasing products through the online shop. By using our Website, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you have read and understood them. If you do not agree with all the terms listed on this page, you may not continue to use the Website and the products of The iPhone Photography.
Chapter 2 – Description of the Services
Our services include subscription-based access, available exclusively online, to our digital course books (in read-only PDF format), educational videos and lessons on photography (collectively referred to as the “Content” or “Services”). The “Content” (or “Services”) is accessible through your user account on our Website and cannot be downloaded.
Details of the available materials, including topic, author, number of lessons and included features, can be found in your account or on the Website before you sign up.
Chapter 3 – Intellectual Property Rights and License:
Unless otherwise stated, we, The iPhone Photography and/or our licensors are the owners of the intellectual property rights for all content on The iPhone Photography Website, including the course books sold. All intellectual property rights are reserved. The course books are published under a pseudonym used by the authors.
You may access the content of The iPhone Photography only for your personal use, subject to the restrictions set out in these Terms and Conditions.
The persons shown in the photos in the course books and on the Website are not the authors of the course books. The photos in the course books or parts thereof may not have been taken by the authors of the course books. All photos that form part of the course books and the Website are used lawfully, and their depiction in the course books does not infringe any third-party rights.
You may not:
Reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from our course books or Website content.
Copy or republish material from the iPhone Photography course books and/or the Website.
Sell, rent or sublicense material from the iPhone Photography course books and/or the Website.
Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from the iPhone Photography course books and/or the Website.
Redistribute material from the iPhone Photography course books and/or the Website.
Use material from our Website or from our course books in any other way for commercial purposes or for purposes other than personal use.
Chapter 4 – User Accounts and Access
To use our Services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Create an account with a valid email address
Subscribe to one of our paid monthly plans
Each subscription grants you personal, non-transferable access to our Content. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. If we detect sharing or misuse, we may suspend or permanently terminate your account without refund.
Access is granted only while your subscription is active and fully paid. If payment fails or is cancelled, your access to all Content will be blocked immediately.
Chapter 5 – Subscription, Billing and Cancellation
5.1 Subscription Prices
We provide access to our digital learning materials (including read-only PDFs, videos and lessons) through a paid monthly subscription (“Subscription”). When you sign up, you have access to all materials available on our platform as long as your Subscription is active and fully paid.
5.2 Introductory Offer
From time to time, we may offer an introductory discount for a limited period of time (e.g. 7 days). These offers are available only once per user and apply only to new subscribers, unless otherwise stated. After the introductory period expires, the standard Subscription price will automatically apply unless you cancel before the start of the next billing period.
5.3 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions are billed automatically on a monthly basis through the payment method provided during checkout. Your Subscription renews without your express renewed approval unless you cancel it before the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to update prices and will notify you in advance by email or through your account if the changes affect your future billing cycle. Continued use of the Services after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.
5.4 Billing and Payment
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information and to keep it up to date at all times. All prices include all applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
You authorize us to bill your Subscription fees and any applicable taxes regularly through your chosen payment method. If a payment fails, we may attempt to process it again. In the event of non-payment, access to the Services will be immediately suspended or terminated.
5.5 Cancellation by You
You may cancel your Subscription at any time by logging into your account and navigating to the “Billing” or “Subscription” section. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until the end of the paid period, but no further charges will be incurred.

5.6 No Prorated Refunds for Partial Periods
Cancellation does not result in a prorated refund for the remaining days of the billing period. You are responsible for all charges incurred before cancellation.
5.7 Suspension and Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Subscription and your access to our Services at any time, with or without prior notice, if:
You violate these Terms (including account sharing or misuse of Content)
Your payment fails or is reversed
fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected
In such cases, you are not entitled to a refund.
5.8 Limited Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with the Services for any reason, you may request a full refund within the first 30 days from the date of your last purchase.
We do not offer refunds for transactions that are older than 30 days or that occurred more than 30 days before the date on which you contacted us with a refund request.
Refunds may be granted in exceptional cases and at the sole discretion of the company 30 days after the last purchase. Refunds are not available for accounts that have violated these Terms.

Chapter 6 – Intellectual Property and Restrictions on Use
All content on the Website is the intellectual property of iPhone Photography and/or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
You may not:
Download, reproduce or print content
Record, share or distribute parts of the Content or the Website
Use parts of the Content for commercial, public or group training purposes
Use screen recording, scraping or similar technologies
Translate, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the Content
Access is granted solely for personal, non-commercial use. Any breach of this clause will result in immediate termination of the account without refund and may lead to legal action.
Chapter 7 – Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have any problems with our service or product, please contact us through our contact form or send an email to notice@theiphonephotography.com to discuss the matter. We will endeavor to resolve the matter as quickly as possible and provide you with a written response to your complaint within 7 days. If we require further information from you, this period may be extended depending on the circumstances.
If we have failed to fulfill our contractual obligations, you have the right to file a complaint and/or claim compensation. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you have the right to use alternative dispute resolution procedures such as mediation or arbitration, or to seek your remedy through a consumer protection organization or a court.
You have the option to resolve consumer disputes using the “Alternative Dispute Resolution” procedure within the territory of the European Union. If you reside outside the EU/EEA, particularly in the United States, you agree that any disputes or claims relating in any way to your use of our Services shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration and not in court, except for matters that may be heard in a small claims court.
You further agree to waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations or other collective or representative proceedings.
The arbitration shall be conducted in English under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) or a similar recognized arbitration body.
The seat of arbitration shall be Sofia, Bulgaria, unless otherwise required by law.
Each party shall bear its own legal costs and fees, unless the arbitrator decides otherwise.
Exceptions: Either party may bring an action in court to seek injunctive relief for intellectual property infringements or to compel arbitration, as applicable.
Chapter 8 – User Conduct and Security

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Chapter 9 – Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of data, interruptions of access or lost profits.
Our liability is limited to the total amount you paid in the last 30 days before the claim arose.
The Services are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranty.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Website, nor that the Content will meet your specific expectations or learning outcomes.
Chapter 10 – Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Website. If you continue to use the Services after the changes are published, the updated Terms shall be deemed accepted by you. If you do not agree with the changes, you must cancel your Subscription and stop using the Services.
Chapter 11 – Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately if:
You violate these Terms
You fail to pay your Subscription fees
You misuse the Content or the platform
Upon termination, your access to all Content will be blocked. No refunds will be granted unless otherwise stated in Chapter 5.
